TiAl基合金包套锻复合热机械处理工艺的研究

摘    要:针对用于TiAl基合金的常规热机械处理的局限性,提出了包套锻复合热机械处理新工艺。详细地研究了此项新工艺的工艺参数对Ti-33Al-3Cr-0.5Mo合金显微组织及锻坯表观质量的影响。

Abstract:A new technique called on multi- step thermal mechanical treatment for wrapped sample was proposed in order to surmount the fault of normal thermal- mechanical treat- ment.The effect of the new process parameters on the appearant quality and hot deformation mi- crostructure of forging ingot was researched in detail.lt is importance to explore the relationship between the process and microstructure morphology.The processing laws,which can obtain the good microstructure and high appearance quality for Ti- 33Al- 3Cr- 0 .5Mo alloy,was put for- ward.
