破囊壶菌Thraustochytrium roseum产DHA的营养条件研究

摘    要:探讨了碳源、氮源、碳氮比、不饱和脂以及植物激素等营养条件对破囊壶菌Thraus tochytriumroseumMF2产DHA的影响。实验结果表明 ,葡萄糖是T roseumMF2产DHA的理想碳源 ,适宜的葡萄糖浓度为 40g/L ;谷氨酸钠是T roseumMF2产DHA的理想氮源 ;适宜的碳氮比为 70左右 ;紫苏油、BA和GA配合使用使DHA产量提高 10 6% ,达到 12 42mg/L。

Abstract:In this paper, effects of carbon source, nitrogen source,C/N, unsaturated lipids and phytohormone on DHA production by Thraustochytrium roseum MF2 were studied Results showed that the optimal carbon source for DHA production by T roseum MF2 was glucose of 40g/L, sodium glutamate was the optimal nitrogen source and the optimum C/N was about 70 DHA yield was higher by 106% and reached to 1?242?mg/L with the addition of perillaseed oil, BA and GA into the medium
