摘    要:针对超辐射发光二极管(Super Luminescent Diode,SLD)光源输出光功率稳定性的需求,从光源的温控电路出发,建立了SLD恒流回路与半导体致冷器(TEC)之间的电场耦合模型,探讨了SLD光源的重要组件——TEC对其内部电场的影响;分析了光源内部不同组件间的分布电容.研究结果表明:温控电路产生的交流分量作用于光源内部半导体致冷器,产生时变电场,经分布电容耦合到恒流回路中,影响输出光功率的稳定性;SLD光源外壳接地良好,可减小分布电容,从而减小电场耦合对输出光功率的影响.

Abstract:Aiming at the stability requirement of SLD output luminous power, based on analyzing the temperature control circuit of the light source, the electric filed coupling model was built between SLD constant current loop and TEC, and the influence of TEC on its internal electric field was discussed. The distributed capacitance among different components of the light source was analyzed. The results show that the AC component coming from temperature control circuits acts on TEC, thus generates time-varying electric field, then it is coupled to the constant current circuit by the distributed capacitance. The case of SLD light source grounds well, which can reduce the distributed capacitance, thus reduce the effect of electric field coupling on the optical output power.
