深海采矿专用提升泵的设计与研究

摘    要:深海采矿专用提升泵是大洋多金属结核水力开采系统的关键设备之一。对这种泵的要求是耐高压、耐磨、抗腐蚀、效率高、可靠性好、寿命长。因此,它的研制难度很大。本文介绍了该泵在国外应用状况,指出了设计中应考虑的基因素与准则;并在综合分析最新研究成果的基础上,提出了深海采矿专用多级离心式提升泵的设计构想。

Abstract:The proper lift pump for deepsea mining is one of key equipment of hydraulic mining system of ocean polymetallic nodules. The requirements for this pump are as follows: resistance to high pressure, wear and corrosion, high efficiency, good rdliability and long lift. Therefore, it is very difficult for us to develop this pump.The authors describe tile present situation of using it in other countries, point out the basic factors and criteria that should be considered in the design, and put forward the conception of proper multistage centrifugal lift pump for deepsea mining.
