Abstract:Systematic energy-saving is a comprehensive method using system engineering and system analysis in energy-saving management, control and decision-making. In order to solve the arisen problems in systematic energy-saving work of iron and steel enterprises, based on theories of decision-making, organization and co-ordination, in association with the concrete contents of the systematic energy-saving, in the light of relatively poor state of most domestic iron and steel enterprise basis and management level at present, this paper discusses systematic energy-saving issues such as decision-making, organization and co-ordination, putting forward a more practical and currently needed systematic energy-saving co-ordination way-compromise.
