| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法，使用反相谱柱和紫外检测器，用外标法对苯噻草胺进行定量分析。方法的标准偏差０．２４，变异系数０．２５％，线性相关系数０．９９９９，回收率９９．３％－１００．２％。

| Abstract: | A method is developed for the determination of mefenast by HPLC on reversed phase chromatographic column with UV-absorbance detector.The standard deviation was 0.24,the coefficient of variation was 0.25%,linear correlation was 0.9999 and recovery was 99.30.2%. |
