固定化生物流化床处理尿素厂废水的中试研究

摘    要:采用O/A/O/A(好氧/缺氧/好氧/缺氧)工艺的固定化生物流化床处理技术,对尿素厂的氨氮废水(NH3-N50~500mg/L)进行了现场中试试验研究。试验结果表明该技术处理尿素厂废水效率高,效果好,费用低;当水力停留时间平均为21h时,出水TN平均浓度为26.63mg/L,去除率为90%,出水NH3-N平均浓度为6.51mg/L,去除率可达96%。

Abstract:Pilot-plant of O/A/O/A process in biological fluidized bed reactor with immobilized microorganisms was conducted to investigate the treatment of urea plant wastewater (with ammonia-nitrogen concentration of 50 to 500 mg/L). The results show that the O/A/O/A process is effective and the cost is low. Removals of 90% and 96% were obtained for TN and ammonia-nitrogen respectively at condition when the hydraulic residence time in the immobilized fluidized bed is 21 hours. The final mean residual TN and ammonia-nitrogen in the effluent were 26.63 and 6.51 mg/L respectively.
