硫催化CO/H2O选择性还原间二硝基苯制间硝基苯胺

摘    要:介绍了硫作为催化剂,NaOH为助剂,用CO/H2O部分还原间二硝基苯(m—DNB)制备间硝基苯胺(m—NA)的方法。考察了反应温度、CO初压、反应时间、硫用量、NaOH用量和溶剂品种等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,以四氢呋喃(THF)作为溶剂,溶剂用量8mL,2.5mmol m—DNB、0.02g硫粉、0.05gNaOH和2mL水在180℃和CO初压为6MPa的条件下反应4h,m—NA的选择性为100%,m—DNB的转化率93.97%,m—NA收率也为93.97%。

Abstract:Sulfur - catalyzed reduction of m - dinitrobenzene ( m - DNB ) to m - nitroaniline ( m - NA ) by CO/H20 with NaOH as a co - catalyst was studied. The effects of reacction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time, initial pressure of carbon monoxide, and the amount of sulfur, NaOH, water and solvent on the m -DNB conversion, m -NA selectivity and m -NA yield were investigated. The results showed that when the reaction was carried out under the following reaction conditios: reaction temperature 180 ℃, initial pressure of CO 6 MPa, reation time 4 hours, the amount of m - DNB, sulfur, NaOH, and water 2.5 mmol,0.02 g, 0.05 g and 2 mL respectively using THF as solvent, m -NA selectivity could reach 100% and both of m - DNB conversion and m - NA selectivity reached 93.97%.
