| Abstract: | Aiming at the importance of the costs control for engineering program in construction stage, the paper from the aspect of the builder, analyzes the influence of the signed contract, the supplementary agreement, the field signing and claim on the engineering costs control, and provides the respective costs controlling measures, so as to ensure the maximum investment benefits for the construction programs. |
