熔体温度处理对磷铜变质Al-20%Si组织的影响

摘    要:研究熔体温度处理工艺(包括熔体混合及熔体过热处理)与磷铜变质对Al-20%Si合金中硅相形态的影响。结果表明:在本试验条件下,单纯添加磷铜变质剂的Al-20%Si合金,当添加其合金质量的0.4%时,初晶硅由未变质前的97μm减小到65μm,减小了33%;当将熔体温度处理工艺与磷变质处理相结合时,此时Al-20%Si合金中的初晶硅尺寸减小至36μm,减小了62%,且钝化现象显著,弥散分布于α-Al基体上,共晶硅也由未变质前的长针状变为短纤维状和点状。

Abstract:The effect of melt thermal treatments including melt mixing and melt overheating on the (silicon phase) morphology of Al-20% Si alloy modified by Cu-P was studied. The size of primary Si of Al -20%Si was decreased from 97μm to 65μm with a decrease rate of 33%, when 0.4wt% Cu - P was added to Al - 20% Si melt. When Al - 20% Si alloy was modified by Cu-P master alloy under melt thermal temperature, the size of primary Si was decreased to 361μm with a decrease of 62%. The primary Si was markedly passivated and well distributed on the α-Al matrix, whereas the eutectic Si was changed from needle-like to flocks or particles.
