大理石砂带磨削模拟研究

摘    要:对压磨板式砂带磨削大理石进行模拟研究,建立了砂带形貌、工作台运动等几何模型;基于单颗粒金刚石切削大理石实验,模拟了针对脆性材料脆性断裂特点的工件磨削表面形貌,包括粗糙度值及轮廓.砂带形貌模型将磨粒切削部分视为锥体,包括砂带基体、磨粒形状、大小、数目及分布;磨削运动几何模型包括工作台静止、转动、往复移动、同时转动移动模型;脆性断裂磨削表面形貌模型是由若干被放大了锥顶角的磨粒沟槽交错组合而成.对比实验采用粒度为P40的SiC砂带在压磨板式平面砂带磨床上进行.模拟的表面粗糙度数值和表面轮廓与实验结果的一致性较好.

Abstract:Simulation on platen belt grinding of marble was studied, and some geometry models including belt morphology and worktable movements, were set up. Based on experimental cutting results of marble with single diamond grit, the work piece morphology including surface roughness and profile was simulated, which was aimed at brittle crack characteristics of brittle materials. Models of belt morphology include grit shape, size, number, distribution and belt base, and the cutting part of grits is regarded as a cone. Models of worktable movements include static state, rotating, reciprocating, beth rotating and reciprocating models. The simulated surface morphology of brittle crack is combined with a lot of grit grooves, the of which cone angles were amplified. Contrasting experiments with SiC belt of grit size P40 were made on platen belt grinder. The simulated surface roughness values and profile are in conformity with the experimental results.
