摘    要:用多元函数的下山单纯形法对切削实验所得Johnson-Cook模型中的5个参数进行优化,并应用大型商用有限元软件Marc,建立高速切削有限元模型,通过有限元迭代分析,得到较高精度的高速切削Johnson-Cook本构方程,经验证,该本构方程可以大大提高模拟计算的精度。

Abstract:The down hill optimization methods was used to optimize the five parameters in the Johnson-Cook model obtained from cutting experiments. And the finite element model of high speed cutting was established by using large commercial finite element software Marc. Then higher precision constitutive equation for high speed cutting was obtained by using the iterative finite element analysis. After being verified by cutting experiments and finite element simulation, the constitutive equation can greatly enhance the accuracy of simulation.
