超声电机振动环境实验研究

摘    要:超声电机在航空航天领域有着广阔的应用前景。考虑到振动环境对电机工作性能的影响,有必要对超声电机进行振动环境实验。该文就超声电机随机振动实验的条件和方法进行了研究,并设计了一套在振动环境下检测超声电机性能的装置。实验证明本研究所研制的TRUM60型超声电机能在功率谱密度高达0.4 g2/Hz振动环境下工作,其机械性能基本保持不变。

Abstract:Ultrasonic motor will have a good future of applications in the territory of aerospace. Considering the vibration environment will effect the operating performance of ultrasonic motor, it is necessary to take research of vibration environment test for ultrasonic motor. This paper comments study the condition and method of ultrasonic motor vibration test, and design a set of equipments to measure ultrasonic motor performance in vibration environment. Test prove that the ultrasonic motor which type is TRUM60 made by this lab can work under vibration environment whose power spectrum density arrive 0.4 g2/Hz, and it's mechanical Characteristic keep invariability.
