摘    要:河北省沿海诸多河口建有挡潮闸,由于长期关闭闸门,受潮汐影响,闸下河道严重淤积,严重影响河道的防洪安全。寻找经济、合理、客观地解决河口淤积的有效措施,是一项非常重要和迫切的任务。在子牙新河河口原型观测资料的基础上,结合河北省河口的现状,分析了全潮、纳潮、冲淤加闸下拖淤等5项试验成果,提出了河北省泥质河口清淤的最佳有效方式。

Abstract:The tidal gates are constructed in many river mouths along the coastal line of H ebei Province, since such gates remain closed for so long a time, they used to s eriously affected by the tide. Therefore, sedimentation of the river course unde r these gates becomes very serious, which severely influences the safety on floo d control of these river courses. So it is a very important and urgent task to s ort out an effective measures in solving such a problem of river course sediment ation economically, reasonably and objectively. On the basis of the prototype ob servation data collected at the river mouth of Ziyaxinhe river, the best and eff ective method for desilting the muddy river courses in Hebei province is propose d in combination with the present condition of the river mouths in Hebei provinc e. In addition, five testing results on king tide, flushing tide, desilting and flushing under the gates are put forward.
