球形氧化铋粉料的合成

摘    要:通过加入0.05%~0.1%三聚磷酸钠表面活性剂和丙三醇助剂防止颗粒团聚和球形化,采用平稳的浆式搅拌模式在较大反应浓度下制备出粒度分布窄的球形氧化铋粉末,粒度2~5 mm. 实验发现,碳酸氧铋煅烧后,三氧化二铋的微观形貌和尺寸都无改变.

Abstract:By adding 0.05%~0.1% sodium tripolyphosphate and propanetriol to (NH4)2CO3 solution and with blade-shaped stirrer, spherical bismuth oxide powder has been obtained with high reactant concentration. The mean particle size ranges from 2 to 5 mm. The experiments show that the blade-shaped stirrer could produce spherical Bi2O3 particles, but the anchor-shaped stirrer could not. It is also found that after calcination at 500oC, the Bi2O3 particles remain their original shape and size of (BiO)2CO3 powder, but with higher porosity.
