液压支架与机采设备的约束关系及其控制模型

摘    要:根据综采工作面的实际工况,分析了液压支架与采煤机以及液压支架与刮板输送机之间的运行约束关系,推导了液压支架与采煤机运行约束关系的数学表达式,建立了液压支架采煤机位置自动控制模型.制作并进行了10台控制器的联机试验,结果表明,模型实用,符合实际,为设计液压支架计算机电液控制系统提供了理论依据.

Abstract:According to the actual working situation of fully mechanized coal face, the running constraint relation between powered supports and shearer, and relation between powered supports and scraper conveyor were analyzed. The formula of the running constraint relation between powered supports and shearer was proposed. The powered supports automatic control mode of the shearer position was also proposed. 10 controllers were made and tested, the results show that the control mode is practical and accords with the actual condition, and provides theoretic basis for designing the computer control system of the powered supports.
