摘    要:为了分析巷道支架壁后充填的效果,建立了4种不同的数值计算模型进行比较.运用颗粒流PFC^2D数值模拟软件,结合临涣矿西二运输大巷工程地质实际条件,深入分析了不同支架一围岩作用关系对支架变形特征、支架受力分布、支架自身承载性能及巷道围岩应变率的影响.计算结果表明,采用壁后充填的模型与其它存在不同壁后空间的模型相比,支架受到的弯矩和剪力对称、均匀,轴力、弯矩、剪力值较小,巷道水平和垂直方向上的切向应变率也明显变小.通过支架壁后充填,改善了支架受力状况和受力分布,实现了支架-充填体-围岩三者共同承载;支架壁后充填首先减小了浅部围岩应变率,抑制了围岩在更大范围内的变形,从而控制了巷道的强烈变形.

Abstract:In order to analyze the effects of support backfilling, four different numerical calculation modules were established comparison. Based on geological condition of a practical roadway in Linhuan coal mine, by means of numerical analyses software PFC^2D, the influence of different support backfilling on deformation characteristic of supports, their supporting capacity, of surrounding rock strain, and force distribution of the supports was analyzed. The results indicate that the flexural moment and shearing force of support backfilling were symmetric and uniform, the axial force, the flexural moment and shearing force are small, and the tangential strain rate in both horizontal and vertical directions obviously decrease. The support backfilling can improve the stressed state of supports and realize the joint bearing of support-filling bodysurrounding rock. Therefore, the support backfilling can decrease the strain rate of shallow rocks and suppress the deformation of surrounding rocks in large area to prevent the roadway from being badly deformed.
