三维堆焊快速成形温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:利用有限元法对三维堆焊快速成形过程中的温度场进行模拟.对自然散热和冷却条件下的温度场进行了分析,结果表明自然散热时高温区域的面积明显大于冷却条件下的面积,成形时采取冷却措施可以有效地减小高温区域的面积,从而可以避免成形件的氧化,保证成形质量.

Abstract:Temperature field of 3D surfacing in the process of rapid forming was simulated with finite element method.The temperature fields in natural cooling and forced cooling conditions were analysed.The results showed that the area of high temperature on the surfacing part in natural cooling condition was manifestly larger than that in forced cooling condition.Force cooling measurement can be taken during part's forming to reduce high temperature area effectively so as to avoid the oxidation of the formed parts t...
