| 摘 要： | 从安徽省、安徽省辖下的部分城市基本数据出发,分析最高收入和最低收入户房价收入比差距;并用商品住宅销售额领先比率的计算方式,初步揭示地区或城市间房价上升的规律和低价或平价房的稀缺程度。并希望通过这一研究来更好地促进政府有关方面进一步解决困难户和低收入家庭的住房问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of cities in Anhui province, the paper analyzed the price income ratio between the highest-income families and the lowest-income families. Priliminary result revealed the increased rule and the scarcity degree of low-price or parity houses among districts or cities according to caculation method of commodity housing sell-leading ratio. It was proposed for dealing with housing problem especially in poor families and low-income families. |
