| 摘 要： | 试验研究了冷冻铸造用硅酸乙酯水解液的水解工艺以及冷冻铸造用陶瓷浆料的制作过程,并测试了水解液和浆料的部分常温和低温性能.试验表明,以硅酸乙酯水解液作粘结剂的陶瓷浆料,可以满足冷冻铸造条件下的工艺要求.

| Abstract: | The procedures of making hydrolyzed ethyl silicate and ceramic slurry used for freeze casting are introduced. The properties of hydrolyzed ethyl silicate and ceramic slurry under room temperature and low temperature are tested. It is showed that ceramic slurry with hydrolyzed ethyl silicate as binder can used for freeze casting. |
