摘    要:有限元法作为离心机强度计算的数值分析方法,相对于传统的强度计算方法有着显著的优越性。对有限元法在卧螺离心机转鼓强度分析上的应用进行了总结,对用有限元法分析转鼓强度时应重点考虑的问题进行了讨论,并对其在卧螺离心机设计中的更多应用进行了展望。

Abstract:Finite element method as a method of numerical analysis for calculating centrifuge strength has significant superiority over the traditional calculation methods. The applications of the finite element method on the strength analysis for the decanter centrifuge drum were summarized, and some important problems were discussed when this method was used on the drum. At last, more applications of this method on the designs of decanter centrifuges were prospected.
