HIF—1a、VEGF在垂体腺瘤组织中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的检测缺氧诱导因子1a(HIF-1a)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在垂体腺瘤组织中的表达,探讨其与肿瘤侵袭发生的关系及它们之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测56例垂体腺瘤侵袭性垂体腺瘤(侵袭性组)32例、非侵袭性垂体腺瘤(非侵袭性组)24例]标本中HIF-1a、VEGF的表达。结果侵袭性组HIF-1a强阳性表达率、总阳性表达率分别为53.1%、93.8%,均明显高于非侵袭性组的16.7%、50.0%(均P〈0.05);侵袭性组VEGF强阳性表达率、总阳性表达率分别为56.3%、96.9%,均明显高于非侵袭性组的12.50%、45.8%(均P〈0.05)。侵袭性组HIF-1a与VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.942,P〈0.05),非侵袭性组HIF-1a与VEGF的表达无相关性(r=0.176,P〉0.05)。结论HIF-1a、VEGF高表达与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性密切相关,可以作为判别垂体腺瘤侵袭性的有效参考指标。HIF-1a、VEGF在肿瘤侵袭及新生血管形成过程中可能存在协同作用。

Abstract:Objective To detection the expressions of HIF-1a and VEGF in patients with invasive pituitary adenomas, and to evaluate the relationship between the explore of HIF-1a and VEGF and the invasion of pituitary adenomas. Methods Immunohistochemieal Envision two-setp method was used to determine the expressions of HIF-1a and VEGF in 56 cases of pituitary adenomas32 cases were invasive patients with pituitary adenomas(group invasive pituitary adenomas) ,24 were non-invasive patients with pituitary adenomas(group non-invasive pituitary adenomas)]. Results The intense expression and total expression rates of HIF-1a of group invasion pituitary adenomas patients were significantly higher than those without group non-invasion pituitary adenomas (53.1% vs 16.7%,93.8% vs 50.0%,all P〈0.05). The intense expression and expression rates of VEGF of pituitary adenomas patients were significantly higher than those without group non-invasion pituitary adenomas (56. 3% vs 12. 5%,96.9% vs 45.8%,all P〈 0.05). There was a mutually positive correlation among HIF-1a and VEGF expressions in group invasive pituitary adenomas(r=0. 942, P〈0.05), and no correlation among HIF-1a and VEGF expressions in group non-invasive pituitary adenomas(r=0. 176,P〉0.05). Conclusion The high expressions of HIF-1a and VEGF might relate to the aggressiveness and invasion in pituitary adenomas and may be useful markers for predicting invasiveness,and they might have close relationship in the invasiveness and angiogenesis of pituitary adenomas.
