摘    要:目的建立盐酸氨基葡萄糖反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC。色谱柱:C18(4.6 mm×100 mm,5μm),流动相:三水合乙酸钠溶液-甲醇(80:20),检测波长340 nm,柱温20℃,流速1.0 mL·min^-1。结果盐酸氨基葡萄糖在0.1~1.0 g·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r^2=0.999 8),平均回收率为96.79%,RSD为0.89%。结论本研究建立的盐酸氨基葡萄糖RP-HPLC含量测定方法准确、简便、专属性强。

Abstract:Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination glucosamine hydrochloride.Methods By RP-HPLC,C18 column(4.6 mm×100 mm,5 μm)was used and the mobile phase was a mixture of sodium acetate trihydrate and methanol(80∶20).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detective wavelength was 340 nm,and the column temperature was held at 20 ℃.Results Within the range of 0.1~1.0 g·L^-1,there was a good linear relation ship between the concentration and the peak area of glucosamine hydrochloride(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 96.79%(RSD was0.89%).Conclusions RP-HPLC is accurate,simple and specific and can be applied to determine the content of glucosamine hydrochloride.
