简易水床及体位护理对早产儿呼吸暂停的干预

目的探讨简易水床及体位护理对早产儿呼吸暂停的干预效果。方法将80例呼吸暂停早产儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组2组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在常规治疗、常规护理的基础上使患儿睡简易水床及给予俯卧头侧位。比较2组早产儿每天呼吸暂停发作次数及治疗呼吸暂停消失的时间。结果观察组每天呼吸暂停发作平均次数（2.97±0.71）次]少于对照组（3.88±0.84）次],2组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组治疗呼吸暂停消失的时间（52.7±5.42）h]较对照组（69.43±7.55）h]缩短,2组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论简易水床及体位护理可兴奋呼吸中枢,改善呼吸,预防或减少呼吸暂停的发生,并缩短呼吸暂停患者的疗程。

Interventions for Apnea in Premature Infants Using Simple Water Bed and Posture Nursing

Objective To investigate the intervention effects of simple water bed and posture nursing on apnea in premature infants.Methods Eighty premature infants with apnea were randomized into two groups,with 40 infants in each group.The infants in control group were given routine treatment and nursing.The infants in experimental group slept on the water bed in prone position with the heads turned to one side besides the routine treatment and nursing.The average number of apnea episodes per day and the time of apnea disappearing between the two groups were compared.Results The average number of apnea episodes per day in experimental group（2.97±0.71） was fewer than that in control group（3.88±0.84）,and the difference between the two group was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The time of apnea disappearing was（52.7± 5.42）h and（69.43±7.55）h in experimental group and control group,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Simple water bed and posture nursing can excite the respiration center,improve breathing,prevent or reduce apnea,and shorten the course of treatment in premature infants with apnea.
