复方中草药牙粉治疗慢性龈缘炎的疗效

目的观察复方中草药牙粉治疗慢性龈缘炎的临床疗效。方法选择慢性龈缘炎患者40例,按随机数字表法分为2组：试验组（n=20）给予复方中草药牙粉配制的漱口水含漱,对照组（n=20）给予生理盐水含漱,2组受试者使用含漱液前和使用10d后分别测定牙龈指数、菌斑指数和口臭指数。结果用药前2组各观察指标比较,差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）;试验组用药后各指标较用药前均有明显降低（均P〈0.01）;对照组用药前后各项指标组间比较差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）;用药后试验组与对照组各指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论复方中草药牙粉可以抑制牙菌斑的形成,可减轻牙龈的症状。

Clinical Evaluation of Compound Formula Chinese Herbal Medicine Dentifrice for Treatment of Chronic Marginal Gingivitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of compound formula Chinese herbal medicine dentifrice in the treatment of chronic marginal gingivitis.Methods Forty patients with chronic marginal gingivitis were randomly divided into two groups.Compound formula Chinese herbal medicine dentifrice mouthwash and normal saline mouthwash were used in experimental group（n=20）and control group（n=20）,respectively.After 10 days of treatment,gingival index（GI）,plaque index（PLI）and ozostomia index（OSI）were recorded.Results There were no differences in GI,PLI and OSI between the two groups before treatment（all P〉0.05）.These indexes were significantly decreased in compound formula Chinese herbal medicine dentifrice treated group（all 〈P0.01）,but were not obviously improved by normal saline mouthwash（all P〉0.05）.Compared with control group,GI,PLI and OSI significantly decreased in experimental group after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Compound formula Chinese herbal medicine dentifrice is effective in inhibiting dental plaque formation in patients with chronic marginal gingivitis and can reduce the severity of chronic marginal gingivitis.
