基于水资源优化配置的多目标决策模型探析

人类正以空前的速度和规模开发利用极其有限的水资源,合理有效的配置水资源,最大程度地提高水资源开发利用效率已成为当今世界的重要议题。水资源优化配置问题是一个多目标决策问题,本文在分析水资源优化配置基本概念及内涵的基础上,依据水资源配置的原则及目标,对基于经济目标、环境目标与社会目标的水资源优化配置多目标决策模型进行了较为深入的分析,并探讨了模型的求解以及决策方案的选择,可为水资源优化配置多目标决策问题提供一定的理论和实践指导。

Analysis of multi-objective decision-making model based on Optimal allocation of water resources

human being is developes,uses the extremely limited water resources at an unprecedented rate and scale.So rational and effective allocation of water resources,maximize the efficiency of water resources development has become an important issue in the world.Optimal Allocation of water resources is a multi-objective decision making problems,this paper analyzes the basic concepts of optimal allocation of water resources on the basis of content,according to the principles and objectives of water resources.Based on economic objectives,environmental objectives and social objectives of the Water Resources Optimization Configure,the multi-objective decision making model is analyzed in-depth,and the solution of the model and decision-making program choices for the optimal allocation of water resources to provide a multi-objective decision making theory and practice guidance are discussed.
