数字温补晶体振荡器补偿参数测试系统设计

摘    要:介绍一种数字温度补偿晶体振荡器的温度-电压补偿码特性曲线测试系统,给出了测试系统的总体设计方案、测试服务器的软硬件设计方法和基于事件驱动的计算机测试软件模型。测试系统由计算机、测试服务器、高低温试验箱和高精度数字频率计等组成,由人工方式设置温箱温度、恒温时间,采用人工或自动方式选择待测数字温度补偿振荡器试件、提取待测数字温度补偿振荡器的温度码和按温度频率稳定度设定补偿电压码,自动生成数字温度补偿电路所需的Intel-HEX格式的单片机机器码文件。实验结果表明,设计的测试系统能够满足高精度数字温度补偿振荡器批量生产的需要.

Abstract:This paper introduced a system for measuring the digital temperature-compensated characteristics parameters of the digital temperature compensated crystal oscillator(DTCXO).It also presented overall design scheme of the measuring system,developed the hardware and software frame for measuring server and designed and implemented the test software of computer based on the model of event-driven.This measuring system was composed of the computer,measuring server,high-low temperature test chamber and high-precision digital cymometer,etc.Its working principle was manually setting the temperature of the test chamber and keeping the time of constant temperature,selecting the component of DTCXO and extracting the digital temperature code and setting the voltage code in conformity with the frequency temperature stability by manual or auto mode and automatically generating the programming files in the Intel-HEX format for single-chip computer of the DTCXO.Experimental results show that this system is suitable for manufacturing the high precision DTCXO in batch production.
