厚壁件内孔拉削精度试验研究

摘    要:对厚壁件内孔拉削精度进行了试验研究,结果表明:刀具初期磨损阶段,工件也民径尺寸偏大,有一变化较大;刀具正常磨损阶段,工件孔径尺寸偏小,尺寸稳定;入口处锥度较大。

Abstract:Experimental study of broaching precision of heavy wall workpiece shows that workpiece aperture turns large in initiative wearing stage of the tool,and the change is fast;workpiece aperture turns small in normal wearing stage,and the dimension is stable.The coning of entry is larger;the ovality of entry is larger because of vibration The results are useful in broaching precision control of heavy wall workpiece.
