摘 要: | 文章给出基于Labview平台开发的机器视觉带材自动对中系统。该系统提出了基于光源透射式的对中控制,即光源在带材下方,其光线投射到带材的下表面,而相机安装在带材上方采集带材的边部信息,图像检测系统检测出带材的偏移量,然后将该偏移量传送给PID控制模块,该模块提供控制信号给伺服电机,以此实现带材的对中功能。现场应用结果表明该系统是一个稳定可靠的对中系统。

Abstract: | The paper focused on an automatic strip centering system based on machine vision developed by LabVIEW platform. The system featured the light transmission mode, i.e. the light projected from the light source under the strip onto the bottom surface of the strip; while the cameras installed above the strip acquired the information concerning the strip edge, thus enabling the image inspection system to detect the deviation of a running strip; then the deviation would be delivered to the PID control module providing control signals for the serve motor, thereby implementing the strip centering. The system has been proved to be stable and reliable on the basis of on-site application. |
