摘    要:采用共聚氯醇橡胶/NBR为覆盖胶原料,11支纱棉布浸胶为带坯制备了一种新型耐腐蚀传送带。实验表明:最优覆盖胶配方为:二元共聚氯醇橡胶/NBR(50/50)的共混胶100;炭黑N330 10;硫化剂NA-225;防老剂RD 1;促进剂DM 0.25;四氧化三铅6;硬脂酸1;最优硫化条件为:压强20KMp,时间40min,温度150℃。对样品进行耐酸碱以及有机溶剂腐蚀性测试;采用万能材料测试机对制得的传送带的力学性能进行了表征。

Development of a New Type Corrosion-resistant Conveyor Belt

Abstract:A new type corrosion-resistant transfer tape was prepared by adopting copolymerization chlorohydrin rubber/NBR as coverage rubber material and 11 dipped cotton yarn as strip. The experiment showed that the optimal coverage rubber formula was the blend rubber of binary copolymerization chlorohydrin rubber/NBR (50/50) 100,carbon black N330 10 ,vulcanizing agent NA -225 ,antioxidant RD 1 ,accelerator DM 0. 25 ,lead tetroxide RD 6,and stearic acid 1;and the optimal curing condition was that pressure 20KMp, time 40min, and temperature 150℃. The samples were tested by corrosive acid and organic solvents. The mechanical property of the prepared conveyor was characterized by using universal material testing machine.
