摘    要:通过对郑州商鼎华府高层居住小区、西安高科新花园、上华城三个不同类型的居住小区策划定位和户型设计的解析,从两个方面谈策划定位和户型设计的关系:策划定位是户型设计的重要依据;策划推动户型设计不断深入、细致符合消费者要求。

Abstract:The thesis analyzes the planning orientation and the design of layout of apartments in three different kinds of residential areas, namely, Shangding Huafu high-rise Neighborhood Unit in Zhengzhou, He'nan province, HiTech Residential Area in Xi'an, Shanxi province, and Shanghuacheng Residential Area in Xi'an, Shanxi province. The relationship between planning orientation and design of layout of apartments is discussed on the basis of the following two premises: planning orientation is the prerequisite of the design of layout of apartment, and planning perfects the layout of apartment so as to satisfy the demands of the consumers.
