浙江大豆核心亲本可溶性糖含量分析

摘    要:为明确浙江省大豆资源中可溶性糖含量的分布情况,筛选特异资源在育种中应用,本研究应用63份浙江大豆核心亲本资源,分析了不同品种、生态类型以及食用类型之间可溶性糖含量的差异。结果表明,参试品种可溶性总糖含量集中分布在80~120 mg/g之间;不同品种间可溶性总糖及各组分含量差异显著。可溶性糖主要成分蔗糖与可溶性总糖含量呈极显著正相关。夏秋大豆类型品种的葡萄糖、蔗糖、水苏糖和可溶性总糖含量均显著高于春大豆。与普通型大豆品种相比,鲜食型的蔗糖含量相对较高,而水苏糖含量则相对较低。浙江省核心亲本可溶性糖含量变异丰富,不同生态类型和气候条件显著影响可溶性糖含量,通过对这些资源的遗传改良可以选育出可溶性糖含量各异的优质品种。

Abstract:To better understand soluble sugar distribution of soybean seeds in Zhejiang province and isolate specific soybean resources in breeding application, 63 soybean varieties from Zhejiang soybean core collections were tested to compare seed soluble sugar contents among different varieties, ecotypes and food types in this study. There were significant differences for total sugar content among different varieties, and the total sugar contents of most varieties were in the range of 80~120 mg/g. The sugar compositions were also significantly different among different varieties. There was a high positive correlation between sucrose and total sugar content. The glucose, sucrose, stachyose and total sugar contents of summer and fall soybean varieties were all significantly higher than those of spring varieties. Vegetable soybean varieties had higher sucrose content but lower stachyose content compared to common soybean varieties. The distribution of soluble sugar contents in Zhejiang soybean core collections was significant. The soluble sugar contents were obviously affected by different ecological types and climatic conditions. Therefore, soybean varieties of high quality with different soluble sugar contents could be selected by genetic improvement.
