除厚膜氧化皮酸洗工艺的研究

摘    要:为了解决生产中厚膜氧化皮清洗困难和酸洗液大量排放等问题,进行了酸洗工艺的研究.采用多种添加剂的协同作用,控制酸洗中产生的Fe2 ,达到了加快除厚膜氧化皮和减少环境污染的目的,满足了生产的质量要求,提高了生产效率.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of difficult removal of thick iron scale and large volume of acid pickling solution discharged in production,a new process for acid pickling has been developed,which can rapidly remove thick iron scale and alleviate environmental pollution by utilizing synergistic effect of many kinds of additives and controlling Fe~(2 ) produced in pickling process,thus the requirements of mass production can be satisfied and the productivity of facfory improved.
