| 摘 要： | 分析了焦炉集气管压力控制系统的工艺现状,在系统改造中,有针对性地采用分布式系统结构,应用上位机组态软件及可编程控制器控制工作过程,并结合高压变频调节技术给出了自动控制的设计与程序,节约电能达50%。实际应用表明,该设计实现了计算机实时调节煤气鼓风机转速,最终实现了集气管压力的自动调节,达到了预期设计要求,取得了很好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | The technical status of coke oven gas pressure is reviewed. For control system transformation of gas pressure of coke oven, the configuration software and programmable logic controller on the upper level is introduced, and the design and program of the distributed automatic control system are provided. High voltage frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted which saves energy up to 50 % . Computer control of gas exhauster in real-time is carried out. Gas pressure automatic control is achieved and the design requirements are met. |
