摘    要:采用遗传模拟退火算法和LabVIEW技术对压力传感器的非线性和易受环境温度影响的特性进行改善,用以抑制非目标参量对压力传感器输出的影响。通过计算机仿真,此方法实现了压力传感器的温度补偿,其测量压力误差约为0.001MPa,有效地抑制了压力传感器的非线性和温度的影响。

Abstract:The problem of pressure sensors which are nonlinear and influenced by environmental temperature is improved by the genetic and simulated annealing algorithm and LabVIEW technology in order to eliminate the influence to the outputs of pressure sensors.The results of computer program simulations illustrated that the method can realize the temperature compensation and the pressure measuring exactly in the pressure sensor and the measuring pressure error approximates 0.001 MPa.The method also curbs the influence of nonlinear and temperature effectively.
