大城市居住空间贫富分异与社会公平

伴随社会经济转型而来的城市人口贫富分化加剧,以及住房商品化政策的实施,加速了居住空间贫富分异现象的发展,同时也容易引发一些城市社会问题。因此,对大城市居住空间贫富分异的现象必须进行适度的引导和控制,加强城市规划作为公共政策的价值引导与宏观调控作用,处理好公平与效率的关系,最大限度地抑制其可能对社会稳定和社会公平的损害。

The Residential Stratification of the Rich and the Poor and Social Justice in Large Cities

The urban income differentiation is more apparent with the social-economic transition.The residential stratification of the rich and the poor is speed up by the intro- duction of housing commoditification policy.Meanwhile,some urban social prob- lems are appearing.So some guide and con- trol are needed to curb the residential spa- tial stratification in large cities:to enhance the value guidance and macro-regulation role of urban planning as a public policy,to deal with the relationship between justice and efficiency,to control the damage of the spatial stratification to social stability and justice with every effort.
