2-(2-丙烯基)苯并咪唑的合成和荧光性质研究

摘    要:在多聚磷酸与磷酸混合酸的催化条件下,利用α-甲基丙烯酸与邻苯二胺的缩合反应,合成了2-(2-丙烯基)苯并咪唑,产率为67.3%。最适宜的反应条件为:催化剂中多聚磷酸与磷酸的体积比为1:4,反应温度为185℃,反应时间为5h。重结晶使用的溶剂是体积分数为60%的乙醇水溶液。产物经元素分析、质谱、IR、UV、1HNMR谱表征,同时发现产物发射很强的紫外荧光,荧光寿命为0.79ns。

Abstract:Under the catalysis of the mixture of polyphosphoric acid and phosphoric acid,2-(2-propenyl)benzimidazole was synthesized by condensation of α-methylacrylic acid with o-phenylenediamine and the yield was 67.3%.Among the optimum reaction conditions,the volume ratio of polyphosphoric acid to phosphoric acid was 1:4,the reaction temperature 185℃ and the reaction time 5h.The volume ratio of ethanol to water was 6∶4 in recrystallization agent.The title compound was characterized by elemental analysis,mass,IR,UV and 1HNMR spectra.It was found that this compound exhibited a strong ultraviolet fluorescence in solid state and its lifetime was 0.79 ns.
