摘    要:简要介绍了克劳斯硫回收的基本原理及工艺流程,着重分析了惠生30万t/a甲醇装置中硫回收工艺流程的特点以及主要生产设备的选型。该装置的硫回收工艺是将克劳斯尾气加氢后,送入粗煤气净化的低温甲醇洗装置,通过选择性吸收尾气中的H2S,使硫回收率达到99.9%,排放尾气中H2S体积分数小于2×10-6。通过以上工艺,达到节约投资、保护环境的目的。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the philosophy and process flow of the Klaus sulfur recovery unit, and describes particularly the features of the sulfur recovery process applied to Wison′s 300 000t/a methanol plant as well as selection of key equipment. The off-gas from Klaus unit is hydrogenated and fed to Rectisol unit for selective absorption of H2S, thus to enhance the sulfur recovery rate be up to 99.9%, and makes the concentration of H2S in the discharging off-gas less than 2×10-6. With the above-mentioned process, the plant is investment saving and environmental friendly.
