摘    要:煤矿井下工作环境恶劣,突发性事故时有发生,井下工作人员多、地点分散、给安全管理与事故救援带来很大的困难.基于GIS和RFID的煤矿井下人员跟踪定位与监控系统能够很好的解决并下人员的实时定位与监控管理等问题,为井下救援与管理带来极大方便,从而使我国的煤矿安全生产与事故救护更加规范与科学.
