| 摘 要： | 1985年建立自今,工程质量监督制度对保证我国工程质量,遏制质量事故的发生起到了重要的作用,但随着国家经济体制改革的深化和政府职能的转变,监督工作还存在着的不足,应进一步完善调整。本文分析了监督工作方式目前还存在的问题,提出了监督改革的几点设想,初步讨论了工程质量监督评估体系的意义和作用。

| Abstract: | From 1985, the system of construction quality supervisal has hade great role in assuring construction quality and quality accident prevention. But with the deep innovation of national economical system and government function transform, there are some shortages in the supervisal mode of construction quality that need to be perfected and adjusted. Based on the analysis of the problems in the system at presendy, some suggestions are made to reform the supervisal mode and the manning and action of evaluation system of construction quality supervisal are presented. |
