| 摘 要： | 针对回转窑的温度控制要求,采用晶闸管智能模块(三相交流调压模块)设计了回转窑的温度控制系统,并详细介绍了模块在温度控制系统应用中的设计方法、控制方法和保护方法。进行了回转窑温度升温控制实验验证,结果表明,采用晶闸管智能模块(Intelligent Thyristor Power Module)的回转窑温度控制系统具有控制无触点、加热升温速度快、控制稳定性好的优点。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the temperature control of rotary kiln,adopting ITPM(3-phase AC switching modules),temperature control system of rotary kiln is designed.And the relevant design method of modules in the temperature control system are introduced in details as well as the control method and protection method of modules.Finally,the experiment of the rotary kiln heated temperature control show that adopting the ITPM,the temperature control system possesses advantages of no relay contact,quick heated up speed,and good control stability. |
