富士苹果采后DOP胁迫生理研究

摘    要:试验以富士苹果为试材,研究DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)胁迫对苹果果核褐变状况程度、果肉硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸、VC、呼吸强度、MDA(丙二醛)、POD(过氧化物酶)、PPO(多酚氧化酶)活性等生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,DOP对富士苹果衰老有显著的诱导作用;DOP对果实的硬度、可滴定酸、丙二醛、POD、PPO的活性也有不同程度的影响,而对果实的可溶性固形物、Vc以及果实的呼吸强度则没有明显的影响。

Abstract:The effects of long-term exposure of dioctyl phthalate(DOP)on the ratio of browning, hardness, SSC, acid, Vc, breathing intensity, malon dial dehyde(MDA), activity of PPO, activity of POD of apple were studied. The results indicate that decrepitude of apple can be induced by DOP. At a higher level, DOP has different effects on hardness, acid, malon dial dehyde (MDA) and activity of POD, PPO. However, DOP had not obvious influence on the contents of SSC, Vc and breathing.
