| 摘 要： | 在分析传统的色彩检测与控制方法的基础上,确定了色彩自动检测与控制系统的工作流程、系统构成及体系结构.对系统中的关键部分,包括检测系统和控制系统进行了分析.其中,检测系统由分光光度仪、工艺数据库、色墨转化算法模块组成;控制系统由计算机直接控制(direct digital control,DDC)系统、墨键集成控制模块以及墨键控制台组成.在此基础上建立了基于JDF(job definition format)规范的色彩自动检测和控制系统流程.通过在某国产胶印机上进行实际测试与应用,证实了该系统的有效性.
