| 摘 要： | 以浮动车的交通数据采集系统为基础,以出租车作为浮动车,采集数据包含了出租车运营的事件信息和状态信息,通过大量样本数据的分析和预处理,完善了面向出租车运营管理应用的广域浮动车数据处理方法体系,提出了基于浮动车数据的出租车运营管理指标计算模型.以北京为例,针对每日运营里程、每日运营时间、里程利用率、时间利用率、车辆时空分布等指标进行了分析,获取了北京市出租车运营状况的重要参数.这些数据为出租汽车调度站的设置、运力配置及调度方案的制定以及行业管理提供重要的决策支持.
