Abstract: | Reports on the apportionment ballot for representation year 2005. Each year, the apportionment ballot is used to determine how many representatives each division and state, provincial, and territorial association will have on the Council of Representatives (Council). Beginning with the 2003 legislative year, the total number of representatives (seats) on Council was set at 162.
