摘    要:通过对3MN单链拔管机拔制小车夹钳的有限元计算和夹钳力能参数的现场测试结果分析,找到了重型链式拔机的夹钳工作时主要受力特征。指出了链式拔机在设计、制造和使用时应注意的事项。

Abstract:The forcing calculating by finite-element on the clamp of tube draw bench and analyzing of the test results on-the-site has been in progress. The main loads feature about clamp frame of heavyduty tube drawing bench has been find out. It should be notified that the designing and manufacturing of tube drawing benches has been showed.
