摘 要: | 分析生产中使用的各种数控气割机编程系统软件的特点 ,对零件图形输入、排样、数控代码生成等功能的实现方法进行综述。新开发的数控气割机编程系统可以使用户方便的输入零件图形 ,自动给出下料利用率高的排样方案并生成气割机使用的数控代码。并以该系统为例阐述数控气割机编程系统的结构设计 ,并给出例题的编程结果

Generating Cutting Patterns and NC Code for Flame Cutting Machine |

Abstract: | First the characteristic of the software for generating cutting pattern and NC code for flame cutting machines are analysed. Then the methods used in the software for inputting part drawing and generating cutting pattern and NC code are described. A software has been developed by the authors. With the software, the user can input part drawings conveniently. The software then generates near optimum cutting patterns and NC code automatically for the flame cutting machine used. The skim of the software is described and two examples are given. |
