摘    要:现在高温热风炉在满负荷操作条件下,可以使用20年 - -30年,而一些较老的热风炉需要大修及性能升级。同时介绍了最佳风温的选择,对原有热风炉设计的改造以及对热风炉故障原因等技术也进行了分析。

Abstract:The high temperature hot blast stoves have now been developed to such a perfection that a 20-30 year lifetime can be obtained at full capacity.However,some older stove designs could show a gradually decreasing performance,need a thorough general repair and perforamance upgrade.Meanwhile,the selection of the optimum blast temperatur,the choice between internal and external combution chamber stoves,the transform to the design of existing stoves,the fail reason of stoves etc are analysised so.
