| 摘 要： | 过去的十年,中国钢铁工业在规模上有了长足的发展,实现了钢铁大国之梦;未来的十年,中国经济增长方式将有根本性的转变,中国钢铁工业也将伴随中国经济增长方式的转变而由高速增长转变为平稳低速增长。为实现中国钢铁工业的第二次飞跃,根据中国钢铁工业的发展现状及特征,从国家宏观角度和企业发展的角度,提出并购重组是提高中国钢铁产业现有存量资产质量的有效途径,指出技术创新是实现中国钢铁工业第二次飞跃的根本保证。
