| 摘 要： | CPLD是集成电路中最常用的器件之一,CPLD的工艺不断改进,使得它的集成度和工作速度也在不断增加。因此,对于CPLD的测试变得越来越重要。本文在详细研究CPLD内部结构的基础上,基于＂分治法＂的基本思路对CPLD的测试理论和方法做了探索性研究,并且建立了测试模型以针对实际的CPLD器件测试。

| Abstract: | Among all the elements,CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)is one of the widest used chips.The technics of the CPLDS is so improved that its integration degree and the working speed is gradually enhanced.As a result,the research of CPLD testing becomes more and more important.Based on a detailed analysis of the architechture of CPLDs,this dissertation gives out a technology to test CPLDs and a testing platform for the testing of actual CPLD devices. |
